I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, the breakfast choice was excellent and very tasty. Although the hotel is at a walking distance to the slope, the room looked out over the main road, which was constantly busy and loud. However, I found the room to be a bit small.

The service was amazing. The staff were really pleasant and explained they had a large number of guests check-in/out that day. They even provided us with an adjacent room that did have a shower, although there were no grab rails.

The location was ideal regarding parking and access to the lifts. It was so nice to be in a proper town, not just a ski resort. However, it was tricky for skiing when weather conditions cause lifts to close to access the other ski areas.

The dining experience was really good. The food was varied and of high quality, although it was a bit overpriced for Andorra.
